Question P0172 & P0175 Codes, VE tuned in, Maf Recalibrated?

I'm getting codes P0172 & P0175 Codes- Bank 1 & 2 Rich(-18), I thought I had my VE table tuned in(0 to -4), I had my Hi & Low Octane spark tables done - no kr, I recalibrated my MAF table using RedHardSupra's spreadsheet.

I been getting these errors, since I put some Octane booster in my fuel tank(ULP91 in tank).
Any suggestions on what I should do. I intend to do some logging tomorrow.
thanks

I done some logging today, my LTFTs were all -12 to -15, so I took out 10 on those areas on my VE table. On my next log I was still -15 in those same areas, so I took out 10 again On the next log, I was still running up to -12, but I didn't take it out cause I didn't want to run lean.
I am not sure what to do now, any suggestions?
thanks

It sounds like the MAF is still off.

Thanks for that, looks like have go back to SD to check/fix my VE tables & check my MAF Hz & airflow.
