HPT Question about Dynamic Airflow

I was wondering what would happen If I check yes under the Dynamic Airflow WOT entry Max Airflow what would Happen?What are you thoughts?I dont know exactly what this does....Thank you

When you are in HPT and on a screen, open help and it is context sensitive.
