Help Low timing?

Help Low timing? Ok the car is a stock 99 WS6 there is nothing done to the car but TR6 and Some plug wires. But at fule throttle it only has about 22 total deg of timingand some times lower? There is no knock at all. Plus at of the blue crusing the timing will drop to about 5deg for no reson you can see this as you are loging it. Plus at ideal Both banks are neg 10% ANy help would be nice.Thank you
