will changing tranny mess with tune M6-A3 Ichanged my tranny from M6-A3 and the car now has a little trouble idlingwhen i come to stop. Any thoughts or info would be greatly helpful.

You M6 tune will actually work better with the A3 than auto programs in my experience.
You may need to look at the throttle cracker and throttle follower. For the cracker, lower the values so the iac will respond quicker once the throttle is closed.. You might also need to increase your running airflow table due to the additional load placed on the motor at idle with the a3. All of the tables are in the Idle Airflow section under idle in HP Tuners.

Thanks for the advice. A guy I know has hp tuners and he fixed it. He did do some stuff on the hot start and idle ,airflow stuff. Im new to the tuning and these cars. thanks for the help.
