Unhappy misfires on 2 cylinders after swap to stock cam

Help me!!!!!! Heres what happened. I put a stock cam out of an 02 vette in my 99 TA. Now im getting a misfire in #5 and #7 cylinders. the car is rough as hell!!! ive checked the PR's, springs, rockers....all that and can figure out why its doing that!!!! is it the tune? its a full bolt on m6 that used to have a f10 114. could it be tune realted?? i got a stock bin and made adjustments to my currend tune, but its not helping!

if your tune was from a bigger cam, you're gonna be running lean as hell, which could get interpreted by the computer as misfires. just put a stock ve table in, it should run much better. are you still on stock injectors? that's another big one.

put the stock ve in both primary and secondary...still have the stock injectors. would the timing also be an issue?

depends, how much did you alter the timing? stock cams like 18-20 for PN and 26-28 drive, what do you have?
