Default HELP! Predator install with no difference!

I recently purchased a predator and installed the tune after adjusting rearend and tires and shift points and other parameters. The problem I am having is that the tune installs successfully, but I have no noticable chang in performance and my speedometer is still really off. My question is, Am i forgetting to do something or what?!? Any help is greatly appreciated.

THANKS,

1 - the gear correction in the Predator still hasn't been fixed. See http://www.runninwiththedevil.com/faq.htm for more info.

2 - the slight gain you get from a hand-held tuner or even a full dyno tune on a nearly stock car won't be a SOTP kind of upgrade. If you want to "feel" it, get a cam, heads, stall, etc.

3 - check the Predator Tuning 101 in the stickies. There's some decent info in there.

Thanks for the info, I guess I'll just have to wait for the update. In the mean time I'll go look for some heads or a cam.

Thanks Again

Get your speedo right by changing the tire sizes in the above link - it works for me going from 2.73 to 3.42. Don't look for an update, I have one of the first ones produced...still no update. If you changed gears check it against www.f-body.org/gears/ to make sure it took.
