Inovative Wideband question

so ive got the innovative wideband and i am havin problems gettin it to work... the screen says warming up and shows the voltage and % of warmup and then says error 04 Pump Open WTF is up ?

Mine says warming up, volts, %, then it comes on with the AFR in about ten seconds. Are you sure everything is plugged in correctly.
