Hypertech Programer I was looking on ebay and saw a few for sale but I thought that it only works on one car then its usless is that true or can it be used on multipule cars?

They can be used on multiple cars, just not at one time.
Say I had the HPP3. I installed it on my car.
I'd have to uninstall it from my car before we could use it on yours.
