Double check your airflow values for STIT and LTIT. Adjust timing, alter VE to bring AFR back in line, airflow values change.

You might try checking your IAT at startup. Then increase your "Idle Air Parked" value at that temp (like IFR- increase in value results in reduced airflow). I'd start with 0.2 -0.25 g/sec change...might take awhile to get it right.

well all my idle trims are fine and i adjusted them and the ve since the timing change, i think the timing table i got has too high of values in the higher rpms. im gonna lower them and see since i dont drive in those cells. the IAT at start up? like adjusting the idle air vs iat? or raf? im gonna go check some things out right now and let you know.

I'd also say it's in your iac vs iat. Im slowly getting this under control myself.

Check you intake air temp, when engines hot, after sitting for awhile. After sitting it heat sinks the sensor/intake tract and the initial airflow is hotter than normal running airflow. Right before you hit the key note the IAT (jeez, that sounds like a jingle). Then adjust your "IAC Park Position Airflow vs. IAT" value. Shouldn't need to adjust much.

Hope this helps.

adjust your running airflow now. The timing will do alot of work, so now you dont need as much help from other areas.

You could also pull air out of the friction airflow table at the temp you are having trouble.

yeah i tried to reduce the friction airflow and it didnt help out, even after friction decay is done it does hang if i tap the gas, i lowered the timing and its fine now.
