low idle, sometimes stalls
This morning when i started my car, it wouldnt stay running unless i gave it gas. it stalled 3 times. after i drove to the gas station, it would idle, but was kind of unstable, and low maybe 400-500 rpm. When im driving and push in the clutch it drops to around 400-500 rpm too, when it usually stayed around 1100-1200rpm. It did the same thing last weekend, but then stopped. Then during last week it threw a p1404 code, that went away, and now i have the idle problems again.
What could it be:
o2 sensors
would cleaning, TB, MAF, IAC help,
COuld it be somthing with the egr since that was the had to do with the code that was thrown?
only mods are a SLP lid, and a K&N, and they have been in the car for over 4 months, so i know mods arent the problem.
This is starting to get frustrating, and it just started.
Thanks for any inut.
Jason

i just drove the car after like 5 hours, and it was fine, idled normal, drove just like it should.
its a 2000 with 51,000 miles, original plugs/wire im sure. i bought it at 44,000 back in june.
I guess ill take off the egr, and see if anything is stuck in it or sticking, and probably clean MAF, and TB while im at it. A fuel filter probably wouldnt hurt.

Make sure there is no leak in or around the air bellow connection points, that has caused a low idle for me before.
