Default o2 problems

fella's i thought i had the problem fixed. i bought new gm o2 sensors and new extension harnesses for my 99 z last month. i've put around 1500 miles on it and now the P0153 code is back. i've got kooks lt race headers with the ory pipe. what could be causing the problem to occur?

Check to see that the protective covering hasn't melted off and the wires are being exposed to all that heat coming off the headers. That's the issue i'm dealing with right now. I gotta find some sort of insulator wrap to shield me O2 extension from the heat.
