o2 Idle Issue

o2 Idle Issue I just installed LT's and a custom 3 inch exhaust. I have thrown a code for the o2 sensors not getting hot enough due to the o2 bungs being farther back on the header. Since the code and the more I drive I have a wired thing happening when I am at an idle. THe car's idle will lower and lower slightly to a rough idle, and then kick back up a bit to a normal smooth idle, and them lower to a rough idle and then kick back up, this cycle over and over again.
Could this be due to the o2s gone bad, or a mixture issue, or what.
The vehicle is an M6 and I changed the plugs at the header install. I have 120 miles on since the mods. Also seem to be running awfully rich also
