Default Some Tuning Questions

Alright Im about to get HPT and was wondering what i need to do in order to

1. get rid of rear o2's
2. get rid of EGR
3. get rid of AIR
4. get rid of CAGS
5. change to 4.10 gears
6. change to 315/30/17 inch tires
5. tune for a TR224 cam, longtubes, ported tb, LS6 intake, lower idle to 700.

just some info on what all has to be disabled/enabled as far as codes and the like. not worried about spark and fuel.

1. Set all Sensor 2 (base 1 and base 2) and cat efficiency codes to "do not set error" in DTC list
2. Same as above but for eGR
3. ditto
4. There's a tab in the transmission tables to disable CAGS
5. Use the tab that has the gear info in it and change it from the current gear to the new gear
6. Enter new tire height in same screen as gears
5. (2nd five ) ... read the stickies

as for what codes to disable and such... going through the DTC list it's pretty obvious.. if it mentions base 1 sensor 2 or base 2 sensor 2 it's a rear O2 code... if it contains "AIR" it's an AIR code... if it contains "EGR" it's EGR... etc... most appear in the P01xx range but some are in the P04xx ... when you see the DTC list it's obvious

the gear/tire changes... there's a tab in the tuner to enter these changes in and it will update the related tables for you.

The tuning question... majority is covered in the stickies ... until you have a log to look at though they may not make sense at first...
