Default TPSV problem

Hi guys,

I have a 2000 C5. My TPS is reading all ranges from 99.6% to 5%, but my TPSV reads 00.00. Is that suppose to be normal for a C5? I see that all the F-bodies run around 4.3-4.6v at WOT. Is there any difference between the electronic throttles and the cable ones? Please help!

Default

I tried logging TPS voltage and found it reading zero all the time until I figured out you need to add it under the table settings not just the chart settings.
