Default WOT dyno tuning (hptuners)

I have just gotten my LTFT's and VE table dialed in SD mode for part throttle. I have an appointment to use a dyno and a wideband for my WOT tuning. My question is once I have dialed in my WOT AFR will it remain tuned when I later plug the MAF sensor back in and tune with that? I just dont want to waste money tuning my WOT and have it be no good later.

MAF is used at wot, so you will want to tune with the maf plugged in imho.

Im sorry, I'm kind of new, what does IMHO mean? Also, is the PE mode the same for open loop and closed loop? Why do you use open loop as opposed to closed loop when using a wideband if you were planning on running a SD system.

IMHO. in My Honest opinion

PE is only used during open loop, as closed loop the computer is trying to achieve stoich of around 14.67

By running open loop, and a wideband you can use the wideband as the feedback method without having to use the fuel trims to make adjustments to the tune, this can be a faster approach and useful when you have poor o2 sensor feedback, due to longtube headers and slow switching rates.
