They're in to that whole 'Secret Squirrel' deal as far as phone calls go. But if you email them - they are usually very quick to get back with you and helpful too...

which software isnt though...look for a tech phone # for efilive, ls1edit & tunercats...good luck finding one...again with partnership with superchips I think that soon will change though...at least in part.
