Default best way to compensate idle airflow vs oil temp?

until my oil temp gets to about 200* or so, the motor wants more airflow when the coolant is at operating temp.

with not enough airflow comming to a stop rpms dip and too much airflow they hang. AFAIK we cant adjust for this but who has the best results working with a blend of the 2?
