Default Dyno Tuning Locations.....Need Help!!!!

I've installed a loudmouth exhaust, and lid on my 01 z28. After I installed the loudmouth, all four o2 sensors went out. Then I started smelling a sulfur smell from the exhaust, and concluded that my driver side cat had gone bad. Instead of just installing a factory cat, I've decided to go all out, and add pacesetter headers, and y-pipe with high flow cats; I do plan on keeping o2s. Every one that I've talked to about this set up say's to get it tuned after installation, because it will act sluggish. I live in Nashville, and people around here say that the best place around to get a dyno tune, is in Kentucky. Does any one know what this place is called, or how I could find out? Also if there is any other places within reasonable distance that dyno tune. Thanks
