Default Need help with SD tune..

well i have tried everything to eliminate low rpm bucking caused by my cam but i cant get rid of it..i had a guy suggest i try SD and see if that will help at all..my question is will it throw my current tune all out of whack? cause right now i got my idle, afr, and everything else perfect except for the dreaded bucking..will it cause my idle and WOT AFR to change at all if i go to SD?..and also do u think SD can help me reduce the damn bucking? thanks!

Ok..
so you want to try SD...
first thing we need to know is how did you get your current tune???
was it a dyno shop tune?? cause if yes...then you might not really have a "tune"
IF you have never tuned your VE then there its going to be funky till you get it in line

ways to help the low RPM bucking.

try adding a few degees of spark down low....log it to see what cells it bucking at and increase timng a little...
lean out the fueling....check out the trims and use a wideband...get the fuel a hair on the lean side(this usualy helps immensly)

and next time..wait more than 3 hours to bump after your first post....
not everybody can sit on their computer all day to answer questions....

I'm not an expert, but I think the PE table is only used in open loop mode, i.e. WOT, or close.
