Default O2 sensors wierd, can somebody look at my log file?

I changed my exhaust system and put on 2 brand new rear O2 sensors from a vette. I got a code today for 1 and 2 bank O2 sensors not switching or something like that. And I notice when not in WOT the O2 sensor readings go from like 60mv to 900mv. Can anybody look at my hptuners log file and tell me how it looks. Thanks guys. Not sure how to attach a file so i'll email the file to you. Thanks.

I JUST did the exact same thing... send me your log file and I will compare it to mine... shamrockx@comcast"DOT"net just replace "DOT" with .

I got your logs and they look worse than mine actually, you are showing no switching (rich to lean) at all at idle... just flat lines.... You are getting these error codes because the exhaust gases are too cool (because of headers) by the time the gases reach the sensor. There are several here on the forum with the same problem.

Usually the answer is to do exactly what you did, replace the sensors with C5 rears. In my case it still is not enough. I guess I am wrapping the headers next in hopes of keeping the gases hot long enough...

usually a combo of coated headers and teh 2002 vette rear o2 sensors(bosch #13111) fixes that...but not always 100% guaranteed.....

Yupper... The LGs are the worst for this from what I have read here on the forum. I am wondering if wrapping them is really going to keep the temps up...

you can always pull them off and send them to jet hot for some coating...get their 2000 series and you wont have that problem anymore...I can drive for almost an hour and teh outside of teh longtubes are are cool to the touch on teh underside of the car....and the gas coming out the back is nice and hot

Hey sidestep think you were lookin at the inj log line. The O2 line on my graph is all over the place except for WOT which is pretty flat but think it supposed to be. Will it hurt the motor at all or screw the tune if the sensors are too cold?

My graph does look like the one you posted soundengineer. And I bought bosch rear 2002 vette sensors. Think they are like 13111 or something like that. Maybe i'll try wrapping them. Have to see. Oh and at WOT the lines are pretty flat. But if they seem to be working fine why would I get the codes.

have you tried turning off proportional idle?? and lower the values in proportional fueling as well...sometimes its caused cause those values need to be adjusted cause now they are out of range
