raf tables your going to hit more ect's then in summer time especially up north like you and I...during summer your startup ect might be 70* compared to 25 during the winter months or lower. Just helps you set your startup tables better...there are many more tables like timing that are ect or iat dependant as well you could toy with.

no problems tuning in the cold here in KC...
20* outside right now..
my LTFT's are the same they were this summer in 105* temperatures
I have tuned many cars in the winter...I do more in the winter than I do in the summer cause I'm actually home now and in the sumer I am always out on tour.....
and its definately better to do RAF in 20* weather than in 100* weather..LOL
either way the part of RAF that sucks is sitting in the car..logging data..watching ECT's and not being able to use the heater or the AC....
