How do you reset the PCM?

I've looked around and didn't see anything. If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I have a P0135 code. I'm gonna put a spare O2 sensor in.

Turn the key to the run position but not starting the vehicle. Go under hood and pull the PCM IGN and PCM BAT fuses. Leave vehicle on for 10 mins. Turn key off and re-install fuses. There ya go...
