Default This is the tuning steps i've come up with, correct?

After much reading i'm still confused but i'll try to give what i have figured out and let me know how close I am. I would like to run MAF on so if I go to diff climates it will correct. So first I disable PE, disable MAF, and disable closed loop. Set my olfa to command 13.0 across board, tune my VE with my WB to acieve 13.0AFR. Then set all my tables back to stock with will then give me 14.7 AFR even if I leave the VE and OLFA tables the way I tuned them in SD. So now I got that I work on tuning my PE table? If this is all correct i'd like to do the 12.6-8 afr for WOT, 15.5 for idle and cruise. So if I would use my PE table to make those AFR's?

Tune your OLFA to command what you will be commanding from the start, set it to 14.7.
