Default Oxygen sensor malfunction?

Does this mean that the sensor is bad? I just replaced both of my sensor this summer when i got my header install, and today i went to start it up in my garage cuase it hasn't been started in a while and i get a DT. When spring comes i can just drive it and then it will start the cycle over and be corrected or do i have to buy a new sensor again? I cleared the code with the diablo that i have for my car. I don't want a to buy another sensor what can i do?

DTC P0135 - HO2S - Heater Performance Bank 1 (left) Sensor 1 (front)
PCM runs the heater test on cold start and only once on ignition cycle. When you start the engine the PCM monitors O2 voltage. When O2 voltage goes above or below bias range threshold, the PCM determines how much time it took. If the PCM determines it took to long DTC is set.
