I must say, "Search!".
LTFTs are your history. They tell you about the
health of the tune, relative to normal driving and
the attempt to get a perfect mixture. Big numbers
mean it's bent. Big negative numbers mean there's
a rich error and big positives, lean. The trims vary
by load point (FTC, fuel trim cell).
STFTs jitter all around and you might as well ignore
them, except that when they stay large for long you
know your long term trims are going to be drifting,
meaning your tune is unstable (or rather, the sensor
environment is unstable relative to the fixed tune).
O2 sensors give you a rough indication of rich / lean
but performance tuning wants better acuracy than
they can give. They have minimal tuning value.
With all the stuff in your .sig, you're crazy to even
try tuning with such a limited tool. Might as well try
building a house with a Swiss Army knife.
