Default Turning off codes with LS1 edit.

I have a 98 camaro that has set some codes on egr and 02 sensors. Can I turn them off with ls1 edit?

as long as you have the license for your 98 I can't see why not.

Yes. In the past on an 02 car like yours I toggled off the rear 02 sensors and the egr and no codes were set. In this case it is a 98 car. The codes were set before I changed the settings. Do I have to get a scanner to reset the pcm to eliminate the codes?

I guess you would have to use a program like autotap to reset the codes or complete a driving cycle for them to go away.
