Default New gages

My gages came with the 115mph speed limiter. What would I need to change to the 155mph gages. I know I need to remove the top speed limiter and change the gages. But what do I need to change the needle so its at the correct numbers?

not very familiar w/early LT1 gauges... but if the gauge cluster can read faster than 115... once the PCM is modified to remove the speed limiter... there's nothing else that needs to be done....

But that wouldn't work out right? If the needle tops out at 115mph and i just change the gages, the new reading would be 155mph but i would be really moving at 115mph still. Would the PCM tune recalibrate it so the mph is correct?

By the way, should I ask this question in some other forum?
