Default Help with codes...

I just got HPtuners for my car and decided to check out what my SES light was on for. Basically, my car was throwing a few different codes. I got these
P0161 - H02S Heater Performance Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0300 - Engine Misfire Detected
P0327 - Knock Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
P0332 - Knock Sensor Circuit Low Imput (bank 2)
P0452 - Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
Only the misfire and fuel tank pressure sensor are throwing the SES. I reset the codes and these 2 keep coming back. The fuel tank pressure never leaves, and the misfire comes back after a day or so. Is there any way of finding out which cylinder is causing the misfire? Where is the fuel tank pressure sensor located? Also, for the once pre trip tests, the Catalyst test never completes, it is always incomplete. What can I do to fix these thing? I have a 98 SS all stock, stock tune, 6 speed. Thanks.

i would expect bad knock sensors and a possible plug problem, or a clogged cat on the passanger side giving the misfire code.
