Default SVO 42lb Injector Ratings

Ok, I've read the sticky and it looks like people either use 43.5 psi or 40 for their 42lb Ford injectors. Is there any clarification on which to use yet? I've tuned at 43.5 right now and my ve table is showing a little lean. The car also backfires until in enters closed loop. I don't really want to start working to ve table until I'm sure I'm using the correct injector ratings. If 43.5 is correct, the backfiring confuses me some. Thanks for the help!

Thanks. I'll work the ve table for a little and see if it fixes things. Any idea on why it would backfire in open loop?

Can I get your email address? The files are too large to attach to this thread. Thanks again!

your MAF is broken, shows a permanent 0.31lb/min
disconnect it, car should run fine.

The MAF is disconnected in that log. It hasn't been connected for months. (sorry, thought I put that in the pm, but must have forgot)

ok, then i'm not sure what's wrong, all tables seem to be normal, yet you got 11* of knock on random sometimes.

Thanks anyway. Think it may have anything to do with afterstart or drive enrichment? Just thinking maybe its adding too much fuel on startup with the cam.

startups look fine, you just get massive knock with what looks like no reason, low rpm, low tps. your ve is ok, your injectors are close enough (i don't know what your fuel pressure is to calculate them really), spark tables, both driving and idle seem ok. i compared it to a similar car for which i have a tune, and i can't spot any obvious offenders.

Mystery to me too. I gauged my idle rail pressure at 62 psi btw.

hmmm...good question. I did drive the car for awhile, but then did some work on it before I gauged it. Probably still hot though. Should I gauge it cold?

Would scaling down the OLFA table have any effect on this or would that be a bad idea?

i looked at your OLFA and it looks identical comparing to another TR224 car tune i got and i know it drives well. same with spark, spark in idle, etc. i couldn't see anything that would stick out in any normal ways. the fuel trims going the opposite ways on deceleration however do make me think that you either have a very subtle leak somewhere, or your O2s are just going south.
