Default Sputtering at 4 grand after LS6 swap!Help please!

Hey guys we did my LS6 swap last night and on the way home, I got on it a little bit to test out the new intake. In 3rd and 4th it had a sputter at around 4K rpms. Could it be a misfire? I havent had a tune yet so I'm wondering if that could be the culprit? Everything else seems fine, just when I hammer it to 4K. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm just throwing this out here, but your computer might have to relearn parameters with the new LS6 intake. Try just driving it around for a while without hammering it too often. I'm sure after a while, the computer will just relearn what it needs and it will go away. Also make sure that all your plugs/wires are all good, and if possible log a run and see if you're getting some KR up around there and watch what your timing/spark is doing. The KR could be a explanation as well. If all else fails, try replacing your intake port seals if you didn't put new ones in.
