Try a little reset. With it running unhook the TPS, then unhook the battery for a while and see if it clears when you hook it back up.

I don't know about unhooking it while running, how I do it, is just unplug it with the car off, then turn the ignition key to "on" without turning the engine on, and let it sit for a couple mins. Then, turn it back off, plug it back in, and then it should be reset to 0%. Then clear the DTC that you'll throw from having it unplugged...no engine running needed.

Good luck!

I tryed this on a friend's 395 ci stroker with the Fast 90/ TPIS 90 TB and it wouldn't reset to zero, but since it is ETC I assumed it needed to be cracked since there is no TB hole..

Anyone know for certain?

I also believe that if the PCM reads above .64v it'll go out of idle mode, try backing it off to .63V. Good luck!
