it wont matter which mode you are in...
it doesnt make any more power in SD than it does with the MAF...its all about how you tune it....
with a cam..most people that do SD like it because they are not fighing MAF airflow reversion that happens when they have a healthy amount of overlap...
with that said..it depends on your setup.....
you can only go as fast as the most limiting factor of your setup....
if you heads wont flow any more...then the fast 90/90 wont make any more power...
if you have more room on the heads..then it will make more power accordingly...
most people with a heads and cam setup see gains anywhere from 5~30 HP increases
again...all dependednt on your setup....
with the smaller sized cam that you have I would not expect to see huge gains...I would expect 5~10 HP extra...

with that cam...the next thing I would do would be a nice set of stage 2 ported heads....
or get some ported 6.0's
you will be just at/above 400 HP NA with that cam and a proper tune..
adn a fast 90/90 will net you a little more with some heads...especially if you take the time to port match them...
