Had the same problems when the headers were installed........now you wouldn't have had them installed recently? I developed codes on 3-of-4 O2 sensors myself.
If the SES doesn't go away after 3-4 ignition starts, then you may want to investigate further.

well something has got to be wrong here....if its throwing those codes its got to be the 02's because p0131-134 are all oxygen sensor codes and those are specifically the first sensor; so that is really important. Check wires, get a multimeter if you have one and check the wires/pins for voltage if you can get under the car.

Maybe an o2 simulator feel off or disconnected. You know what they say,"a dropped o2 sensor,is a bad o2 sensor"..maybe the accident jolted one of the sensors hard enough to break the zercornia inside.
The o2 hook up you have is strange, but i guess will work, for the c5,after i installed longtubes, the rear o2 sensors move to the front holes/bungs,but plug into the front o2 harness with an adaptor, the rear bungs are pluged.Sounds like they did a half *** job,and left the rears in the rear instead of moving them forward, and they tunned out,or put o2 sims on the front sensors..The 2 working o2s should be as far forward as possible.

oh i dunno is weird i do know that i dont have o2 sims. and the o2 sensors I have now are brand new!!! that i know the o2 in my car right now are the rear ones because they are just a few inches away from the y pipe!

Humm,i better shut up now as i don't know squat about the f-body exhaust.I forgot they even had a y-pipe.When my o2 were acting up,the idle was pure crap.I had to use PART# A/C Delco AFS-97.You'll get it figured out the these guy's help..

Well, unless you're running open loop all the time those two are your front o2 sensors and they tuned out the rear o2's because of no cats. The rear o2's are only used to check on cat performance. The front o2's actually control your closed loop operation (which I'm assuming you're running otherwise you would have no o2's and no errors).
This is also why you need extensions with LT installs cause the fronts get moved farther back and most people think they are the backs.
Also, out of curiosity, have you checked for an exhaust leak on that side since the accident?

yes I just did today but everything seem fine I had a little leak but at the rear of the exhaust, and yes you r right I do have extensions so they must be the front sensors, I just dont see a reason why is doing this

Maybe swap the sensors to opposite sides and see if the code goes to the other bank,if not then look at the wiring. If it follows to the other side, replace the sensor.

if you are having this much trouble i would take it to speedinc and talk to them.....if you had the car done at speedinc, they would probably gladly help you fix your problem. The shipping dept shipped me a 3.23 gear at speed inc when i ordered a 3.73...to keep a long story short someone just messed up and then everything was taken care of by speedinc....they do a good job and i got my purty 3.73's
