What is "torque management"? What are the pros/cons of having it.

torque management pulls engine timing during a shift to prolong the life of the transmission.

Removing it will give the feel of harder/firmer shifts, but may decrease the life expentency of your transmission.

Both Autos and Manuals have torque managment
