Default LS1 edit ?'s

I am going to be getting an LS1edit soon. I have the following things that I expect them to do. Is there anything else?

air fuel ratio tweak
timing tweak
spark curve tweak
change my fan timing to activate at 160 deg. to compensate for new therm.
take off my speed limiter

anything else?

depends on the tuner and depends on what you want done...

at minimum, if it's a dyno tune, they'll adjust WOT fueling, WOT timing advance, if auto shift points, fan turn on points, tune out unnecessary codes, speed limiters, etc...

There are other items that can be adjusted if they're doing a part throttle tune..

what kinda care you have? (year/make) and what mods? based on mods other tweaks may be done

why does everyone want to take off the speed limiter, are you really going to be driving in a closed course over 160 mph that often or at all? and if you do that on the street you are just askin for something to happen, BUT timing and spark are the same, and it really depends on your mods

Some cars have really low speed limitors. Our first 01 Z28 hard top and fully optioned with 3.42's came with a 115 speed limitor.

yeah my 98 had the 118 limiter with 2.73 gears...when they tried to dyno me in 3rd gear it would hit the speed limiter at like 4k rpms lol

my car had a speed limiter of 159 stock (I think, been so long since I've dlooked at my stock bin)... no way could that be safe! what if I had to suddenly accelerate faster than flooding water or a rock slide or something ? 200 is a much better limiter for street use

256 base 10 is 9 bits

binary limits us to 255 base 10
