Default HP tuning without EIO input.

I have HPtuners Ver 2.1.4 I got the STD cable.If I got the LC-1 wideband with a gauge how hard would it be to tune my truck-2006 Silverado 2wd RCSB w/5.3.

much harder then with the pro version with inputs unless you get the rpm converter or tune on a dyno which will run you about the same as upgrading to the pro version.

With the EIO, you won't be able to fully utilize the LC-1. What makes it easy, the AFR is on the table display and you can create a histogram showing the AFR from the LC-1. I bought the LC-1 and sent my cable back to HPT and purchased the EIO version. Tuning is 1000x easier using the wideband and EIO.
