Help with LS1 edit install

Help with LS1 edit install I can not get ls1 edit to install on my laptop. I have all needed files in the same directory and when I try to run setup it tells me "Cannot install or update shared files while they are in use" It then says to close any running applications to shut off use of the shared files. Well I have no files being used, so I dont know what the hell is going on. Anyone ever seen this before?

Think I figured it out, this version works with windows 95, 98, ME, and NT. Guess it does not work with XP. Is there an update that works with XP?
