Default TRYING NOT TO PANIC " NEED HELP"

Ok heres the deal, I have a 2002 b4c car that i've been doing a few mods too. And its been responding well! Lid, smooth bellows, granatelli maf and coolant bypass. Then I tried a superchips programer to try and change my shift points. It didn't work, "not surprised"!
I took the programer back out, should be stock again. But my car slowed down a little.
So then I tried a maf translator, I added 6 degrees timming and added fuel. The car showed no gains, actually slowed down some more. So now I've taken the translater back out. And now it's slowed down a bunch. 5 tenths and 5 to 6 mph.
Any ideas and help "PLEASE"

First thing I would do is a compression check. You may have hurt something.

Why would you add fuel?
go back and take it back out.

Then scan for spark knock. You may be running on the low-octane table now.
