Default Cam is in... Where to start tunning?

Installed a trex in my 02 m6 TA, has supporting mods to go with cam and I'll be using hp tuners.. I've read tunning 101, but I still don't know where to start. As you can imagine the car runs like crap on stock tune and is very lean from what I can tell.

Do I try and get it idleing good first or get the LTFT's lined out? My ltft's are at 25 right now so I'm worried I might hurt something. Please get me on the right track guys.

I would start by bumping the idle up to ~1000 rpms...probably drilling your throttle blade slightly, probably toying with the TB set screw to get your v to .59ish then working on your raf/ve/timing tables to get you idle packed away

Ok, I had started trying to get the IAC counts down so I guess I'll keep doing that. So I need to keep the tps voltage under .6 and get the IAC counts around 40-60 right?

I got my IAC counts down, not perfect but down. Here is one of my logs, http://www.scandepot.net/viewscan.php?pk=1932 I'm not sure what I need to do to my raf/ve/timing table.

Sorry for my ignorance guys, but everything I have read only explains how things work, not what to do to correct a condition, and I have searched and read until my head hurts. I'm still very lean at idle and need a little help getting things strait. Thanks in advance.

Work on the base RAF, VE, MAF and timing. LTFT's are 25 at idle? My stock numbers were 20-25 from the factory. Decrease the primary VE numbers at 400, 800, and 1200 rpms. Increase the base RAF in P/N by 0.25 increments until you see an improvement. My cam wanted more timing. What are the specs on your cam?
I did not need to drill a hole in TB blade w/ 224/228 0.581/0.588 112+1 cam.

Cam is rather large... 243/249 .614/.619 110lsa This is my "race car/cuize night car"

I just slightly enlarged the TB hole, didn't even look at the size of the drill bit but it wasn't much bigger. I adjusted the set screw and adjusted the TPS so the voltage would be the same, but I need to drill a bigger hole so I can get my TPS voltage back under .6
