I read that the P1416 error refers to a black valve on the passenger side. My question is: Is it the skinny black valve coming from underneath coil pack #4 going to the top of the TB, or is it the roughly 3/4 inch vacuum hose that hugs the passenger side of the intake and connects to the bottom of the TB?

It's the black "disc shaped" check valve that screws into the metal air pipe coming off the header - then connects to the air hose with a clamp on the back side, right above the #4 coilpack. GM PN 12565503.
