Stock should be 800.
I run mine at 850 with a VERY similar cam.
It's not lopey at all. Compared to a 224/228 114 that I heard right next to it, the larger cam was WAY more lopey.

Only issue Ive found with a low idle 635rpm is emissions compliance at idle is harder to accomplish. Depends where you are though. Otherwise yeah, if you drop idle you might need more spark advance to smooth it up.

Yeah, stock is around 550 or so. You should be able lower your idle rpm with that small of cam. I have mine set at 825 in Park and 725-750 in Gear on a 224/228 0.581/0.588 112+1. You may have to tune & tweak it to get it right.
