Tach stuck at 6500rpms.

Tach stuck at 6500rpms. I recently just tuned my car for the heads/cam setup I just put in and ever since the tach sticks at 6500rpms. The revlimiter has been moved up to 7000rpm and I am still on the factory tachometer.
What would be causing this?
A mod can move this as I am not sure where to post this.
EDIT: It acts normal thru the entire rpm range until it reaches 6500.
