Default Done with tune... What now?

I have spent the better part of 3 months messing around with this thing, and I decided to finish it up this weekend. I went through and tuned just about everything applicable. I am using HPT w/WB to tune. What do you normally do to finalize a tune? What histograms should I be checking out? Does anyone have a histogram made that compares the commanded AFR with the WB signal? I think this histogram already exists and comes with the software, but I don't know which one I should be using (VE or MAF error). I assume the "test" for a good tune is if the difference between commanded and actual is as small as possible.

Thanks in advance for your input.
