If one bank is maxed out for LTFTs, it could be an exhaust leak, or bad o2 sensor.

What are your o2 sensors doing/reading? At idle, they should go back and forth from low numbers to high numbers.

At WOT, they should be in the 875 to 925 range or so.

I wouldn't change the gap on the plugs. .035 is fine.

if the trims are maxed out positive, then there is a lean condition. Since you changed out the 02 and plugs you most likely have a leak somewhere on that bank. I would first check for an intake leak after the MAF. This will surely cause trims to go way up. I would suspect a leaking injector o-ring on that bank or a manifold leak on that side or an exhaust leak on that side. An injector could be going bad too.
