clear code/car wont start

Default clear code/car wont start
I did the old "Turn key to run, pull pcm bat & ign fuses" trick to reset an SES light. After doing this my car wont start. My handheld tuner cant read the vin. Im thinking the computer is fried. Has anyone had this happen before. If so what was the problem.

Never mind. Sometimes a good nights rest takes the idiot out of you. I had the fuse in the wrong slot for pcm bat.
