How to Log your wideband with HpTuners without a EIO
#104
I read through this thread and decided to wire my WB (when I get one) through the rear O2 moving the analog PCM pin to an unused 5v like EGR.
But if I decide to use the 0-1v O2, do I use the high or low pin? And what happens with the other one?
Thanks, I'm a donk with electrical stuff.

Even on some vehicles without EGR, the PCM is still setup as a 5v input on the EGR pin. You can still plug into the empty EGR pin and use it to log.

I was going through my air conditioner input to log wideband.
In the process of changing to AEM X-Series OBDII Wideband UEGO AFR Sensor Controller Gauge after an engine rebuild. You can just log the PID as it responds like a built in sensor. Looks like a handy way, not tried it yet though. Should be wiring this up at the weekend.
