Default Getting ready to do an 06 GTO, quick question

A buddy's dad just bought an 06 GTO, M6, stock. I told him I'd do a little tune on it for him if he wanted me to. I won't have constant access to the car so I thought I'd just ask if there is anything different pcm-wise from my 00 LS1 to his car so that I can do it right the first time?
I would guess nothing other than the fly by wire?
Anything in particular to watch out for?

There's always little things that are different when you mess with a different model car.

You're going to notice some timing being retarded due to the IAT readings. He needs to relocate the IAT, there's write-ups on the GTO boards for this. You'll also want to get rid of the brake-torque management and modify the PE values. I've got a file I modded for an A4 06 uploaded into Horist's repository if you want an idea of what to mess with.

I checked Horists' site, but just checked for an M6 file. I'll grab your A4 file off there. Thanks!
