EFILive will not recognize cable?

EFILive will not recognize cable? Everything was working fine yesterday morning. Modified a tune, uploaded, did some logging, made a few more changes to the tune. Went out to log and nothing.
Now I cannot connect with EFI Scan or Tune? Any ideas? Error message indicated a possible fuse problem with OBDII connection. ?? Maybe they are referring to the ALDL. If so, anyone know where that fuse is on C5?

I am trying to find out if what circuit my ALDL could be on? I checked both lighter circuits and no blown fuse. I looked at each fuse and could not see a blown. I guess my other option is to pull each fuse and check them one at a time.
