first of all the car is a 99 C5 M6 single turbo t76 set for 6lbs (but havent gotten there, keep reading>>), stock engine, comp 918springs and hardened pushrods, I changed knock sensors a while back because of the recall w/water getting in there, anyway, I had the maf set up before and was able to get no kr..
I did everything in the tutorial to set up for 2bar sd but it seems like everytime I get to 110kpa I get max kr, afr @ 10.8 spark set to 16* (but tried from 11*up w/same result)..

is there a table I need to adjust that somehow gives max kr after going past the stock max map?

here's a log and tune on the car now... I'm running 91 octaine but as safe as the spark and fuel is I should still be able to run w/no kr

Don't forget running too rich will cause knock too.

Not saying thats the issue for sure but try leaning it out a touch and see what happens.

here's a sample of what its doing, I turned the afr up and down, now at low 11's going into boost, played w/timing up and down, now at 10* and I was running low on gas sooooo I toped off w/ 100 octaine and still the same thing.... look at the wb, tp, map, ect.. then that sudden max kr(second pic illustrates)...

if your way off on your VE table it will cause wacky KR readings like that.

are you sure your dialed in correctly?

I use to run 2 bar, now 3 bar. after loading 3 i started pickin up some nasty tip in in lower gears (a4). its comming in @ .60g/cylinder at 2200 2600 rpms.
i see that you really shortened the decay rate on the KR.
well its false kr...100 octane so......play with burst kr.
