Default Wtf B2 Ltft -50

Ok so i start my car up and my ltft are at -50 for bank 2 i nstantly think wtf. I reset fuel trims every thing goes to 0 but bank 2 ltft stay at -50. I drive around some my stft are working fine for both banks. Both o2s are switching so what gives why wont the ltft move for bank 2?

theres no set #...98's have a max of 24bytes of info via hptuners at least...that could be 12 pid's it could be 24 pid's...it all depends on the pid's being used.
